You will clear immigration at Tom Bradley International Terminal.  Flight time is 14 hours & 20 minutes.

RETURN GROUP 2:

SUNDAY, MAY 28TH

You will clear immigration at Tom Bradley International Terminal.  Flight time is 14 hours & 20 minutes.

The process to submit TRAVEL OPTION 3 deviation requests will start on January 25th, 2023.  DO NOT SEND OR CALL CROWN WITH YOUR DEVIATION REQUESTS BEFORE RECEIVING INSTRUCTIONS VIA EMAIL FROM PRIME.  You will receive an email from [email protected] confirming the initiation of this next step along with detailed instructions and timeline.

How to submit your post-PRIME flight changes (if you’ve selected option 3):

• EMAIL ONLY: Due to high volume of requests, please do not attempt to call Crown Intl Travel to discuss your travel plans. Please submit your request via email only to: [email protected] starting on Wednesday, January 25th, 2023.
• DEADLINE TO REQUEST: The window time to submit request will be from January 25th and you must submit ALL requests by 11:59p.m. on Friday, February 3rd, 2023. Any requests received after the deadline will not be accepted and you will automatically be defaulted to the original group flights.
• DEADLINE TO COMMIT: Once you receive your quote from Crown Intl Travel, you will have until Friday, February 10th to formally commit to your flight change by submitting your payment to Crown Intl Travel.
• PAYMENT: If your payment is not received by the February 10th deadline, you will automatically be defaulted to original group flights.
