This has been an extraordinary year for the travel industry. In late February to March, as various countries around the world began to lock-down for travel, we worked closely with our clients to ensure everyone’s well-being, whether to reach their destinations or to remain safely at home. As travel ground to a halt, we worked diligently with our trusted vendors to obtain full refunds and waiver of penalties on cancellations for our clients and group programs.
Our staff have been working from home, and keeping in touch with one another, while staying up to date with our colleagues on current and ever-changing travel advisories for national and international travel. We remain dedicated to getting you where you need to travel safely and securely. In addition, our staff have been invited by major airlines to visit LAX to review their new safety protocols, as well as how airline carriers are cleaning and disinfecting planes. Our partners at Altour have provided a Virtual Event Platform for meetings and event experiences that we can now offer as an additional service.
