- Please submit your online application form right away, even if
you will make changes or not.
- If you want to make a change on your ailine ticket, extend your
accommodations, sign up for tours or have special requests, you
MUST fill out the online application form
even if you plan on making changes later - the initial
application is required.
Note: Submiting your online application form
will reserve your spot and avoid late fees! Deadline for th
application, air of land requests and payment is Wednesday, September
14th for both EMBA LA & SD
Class.
Collection dats by the EMBA Program Office for the Visa
Paperwork for China, Passport, Release Forms and Travel Profile
are:
- EMBA LA Class: Friday & Saturday,
September 3rd & 4th
- EMBA SD Class: Friday & Saturday, September 10th
& 11th
