Important note:
Please submit your application right away, whether you are making changes or not. If you want to change your return, sign up for tours, or have special requests, you must first fill out the application. Even if you plan on making changes later, the initial application is required. This will reserve your spot and avoid late fees! Application deadline is Friday, March 26th.

If you submit your online application by Friday, March 19th, 6:00pm (PST), you will be entered to win an optional tour OR a dinner at your hotel ($50 value). One given per trip/destination.

If you are NOT making any changes on your return ticket, you STILL MUST fill out the form because we need the following information: meal & seat requests, frequent flier number, contact numbers, email & optional tour requests

You MUST FIRST fill out and submit the online Application Form. Please fill in as much information as you can. There is a box at the lower portion of the page where you can type in your special requests, changes or deviations. This is a free text space, be as detailed as possible.
IMPORTANT: This is NOT a final request, but we need the form in order to start processing your special requests. You can still make changes on or before March 26th.

You will then receive an email confirmation from our office with answers to your questions and options. For anything complex, a contact phone number, name & email must be provided.

Requests are taken in order of receipt: EARLY SUBMISSION IS ENCOURAGED.
